Pinehaven Farm Join us for a field trip to pinehaven farm in whyoming mn on oct 1st the bus will be leavings mora elementary school at 8:15 am and returning to school at 1:00 all attendees must ride the bus . Please pack a lunch the cost is 10 dollars per person for both adults and children this price includes enterance a hay ride and one small pumpkin please register and pay by 12 on september 26th

The Magic Milk experiment is a great way to introduce scientific concepts of predictions, observation, and drawing conclusions. The Magic Milk Experiment surprised students when they saw colors swirling towards the edge of the plate as a result of putting a single drop of dish soap into the milk with food coloring. We tested out different color patterns and observed what would happen if we swirled the dish soap throughout the milk.

September is Minnesota School Board Recognition Month — a time to honor the dedicated individuals who serve as the guiding light for student success in our public schools. School board members in Mora School District serve countless hours to ensure our public school students have access to high-quality learning and extra-curricular opportunities that prepare them for a bright future.

We are proud to recognize the members of the Mora School Board (pictured left to right): Superintendent Dan Voce, Board Chair Amy Schultz, Member Jill Koch, Vice Chair/Treasurer Ken Mattson, Board Clerk Dakota Helmbrecht, Member Matthew Heggernes, Member Moe.

This September, we encourage everyone in our community to take a moment to thank a school board member. Their commitment and service are essential to strong schools, vibrant communities, and the foundation of our democracy — public education.

Please note: Only one Application is needed per family. Please do not submit multiple applications.

These documents provide crucial information about the benefits available and the positive impact they can have on your student's educational experience.

How to fill out the application…

You can complete and submit Applications for Educational Benefits ONLINE (after you create or log in to Edutrak). The process is quick, easy, and FREE. No more paper applications are lost at the bottom of a backpack. Look for the BLUE button on your home page after logging into your Edutrak account to start the application process.

Please see the attached Public Notice of updated income guidelines for the Application of Educational Benefits.

You must create and register an account with https://foodservice.edutrak.com/ to begin if you haven’t already. An Edutrak account will allow you to view all transactions your student(s) make here at school, deposit money into your family's Meal Account, and submit the Application for Educational Benefits. If you need the information to register a new Edutrak Account, please contact nutrition@moraschools.org.
