Individual state wrestling tournament finished late last night. Mora qualified 9 individuals and 3 finished on the podium and earned the label of all state.

Boys basketball took two overtimes but came home victorious in the regular season finale. It was a big win over St Cloud Cathedral 75-70. The win brings their regular record to 22-4. Section brackets will be announced soon.

A long hard fought day of wrestling today in the Section 7AA Individual Tournament produced 3 Sections Champions as well as 2 second place finishers for our Mustangs. That means Mora will be sending 5 individuals to compete in the individual state tournament. In addition, the Mustangs placed 13 of 14 weight classes. Well done boys!

Boys basketball defeated Aitkin 66-36 this afternoon to move their record to 20-4 with two regular season games remaining next week. Thank you to all the youth basketball players that joined in the fun today.

Girls basketball falls to Foley 54-36 in their final regular season game. They celebrated the seniors before and after the game.

Boys basketball moves to 19-4 on the season taking down Foley tonight 59-40. They play a matinee tomorrow at home against Aitkin 2:30/4:00.

Boys basketball picks up a win over Pine City tonight 64-51. This moves the Mustangs to 18-4 on the season. Keep it rolling gentlemen

Last night was Hoops for Hope cancer night. Mora and Milaca boys and girls basketball programs teamed up to raise awareness.


Wrestling is headed to the State Tournament! They punched their ticket defeating Grand Rapids 55-21 in the section final. Congratulations Mustangs!

Wrestling advances to the semis/finals in Cloquet tomorrow with a win over Rush City/Braham 57-16. They will take on Aitkin at 5pm. Keep it rolling Mustangs!

Results in from state meet at Giants Ridge and the boys nordic ski team finished 14th overall. Nice season gentlemen and congrats again on your accomplishments.



On a cold windy day at Giants Ridge the boys ski relay missed the state finals by 7 seconds. Overall the Mora relay finish ninth in the state. The boys team is back at it tomorrow in the classic and freestyle pursuit.


Girls basketball picks up a win tonight defeating East Central 49-32. They play again tomorrow at home vs Spectrum.

Boys hockey rattled off their third win in a row today defeating Ely 5-3 on senior night. The boys record improved to 8-14-1 on the season.
