Congratulations to Tayven Peterson who took 1st in the 110 hurdles breaking the school record of with a time of 15.12 (previous 15.53 set in 2016) bettering his time at state last year of 15.59.
First outdoor meet at Zimmerman tonight was a success! The team has made a lot of growth over our first month of practice. Many athletes discovered potential in new events. Next up: North Branch Varsity Invite Friday @ 3pm

Boys tennis picked up their first win of the season. Congratulations to Stratton Nelson who earned his first varsity win. The Mustangs will travel to Princeton tomorrow.

The MN Football Coaches Association held their Annual Hall of Fame Banquet last night. It was great seeing Bryan Cook receive his Butch Nash Award for being an Outstanding Assistant Coach. Thank You for all you do for Mora Mustang Football!

Track & Field was at Foley today for the conference indoor meet. Highlights: Tayven Peterson finished 1st in the 55 meter hurdles and the boys 4x2 finished 2nd. Next meet is at home in the Welia Center on Tuesday April 4th at 5:00pm.

Kris Osterdyk was recognized and celebrated tonight as a retiring administrator at the Minnesota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association. Thank you Kris for all of your years of service to Mora Schools, our students, and community!
Softball had a scrimmage today @ St. John’s University vs the St. Cloud Crush. Nice to get out of the gym and compete.
Track & Field held a home time trial at the Welia Center today at 10:00am. They competed against Albany, Cloquet, and Milaca.
Boys basketball advances to the Section 6AA semifinals with a big win over Melrose 54-40. Great game boys! They will play Wednesday March 15 at 7:30pm.

Individual state wrestling tournament finished late last night. Mora qualified 9 individuals and 3 finished on the podium and earned the label of all state.

Boys basketball took two overtimes but came home victorious in the regular season finale. It was a big win over St Cloud Cathedral 75-70. The win brings their regular record to 22-4. Section brackets will be announced soon.
