This is just a reminder that Free Sports Physicals are happening at Welia Health soon. They will be held on Tuesday, July 30th in Pine City and Thursday, August 1st in Mora. These are being hosted from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Physicals are required every 3 years from the Minnesota State High School League from 7th grade and up! Please make sure your student has an up-to-date physical on file before the first day of practice.
