We were honored to welcome Kanabec County's Chief Judge, Stoney Hiljus, who graciously served as the master of ceremonies at today’s Supreme Court hearings held at our school. His expertise and presence added a profound layer of gravity and insight to the proceedings, enriching the experience for all in attendance.

Our Mora High School Boy Scouts had the esteemed honor of presenting the colors at the hearings held at our school. Their disciplined and respectful presentation was a testament to their dedication and training in the Boy Scouts program.

In a heartfelt ceremony, our seniors, Hazel Carda and Ted Anderson, had the privilege of recognizing the illustrious careers of Justice Anderson, who is retiring this Friday, and Justice Chutich, who will retire in July. Each justice was presented with an honorary plaque in appreciation of their many years of dedicated service.
This memorable moment provided our students a unique opportunity to engage directly with two esteemed members of the judiciary, learning from their experiences and celebrating their contributions to justice and our community.

Today, amidst the serious discussions of law and justice, we had an unexpected and utterly delightful moment! Justice McKeig, showcasing her lesser-known talent, took a break from the Q&A session to serenade our students with her favorite country song.
